How we operate.
Every device is sourced, tested, and graded in one place. Orders are fulfilled on a 7-day lead time. US orders ship from Bohemia. International orders route through our Deira office.

Certified channels
Devices come from certified North American trade-in and carrier channels. No gray-market sourcing, no unverified lots.
- 2. Test
9-point functional
Every unit passes a 9-point functional test before grading. Cracked or non-functional displays are pulled and never ship.
- 3. Grade
Conservative tiers
Cosmetic grading by hand against four tiers (A, B, C, D). Conservative on purpose. The grade is the grade.

7-day lead time
Orders are fulfilled on a 7-day lead time. Domestic from Bohemia, international through Deira.

Rahim Ullah

He still personally oversees sourcing, grading standards, and customer relationships, which is why buyers get straight answers from someone who can actually make decisions.
