Apply for an account with the Apply for Account link in the navigation. We ask for your business name, business type (reseller, repair shop, distributor or refurbisher), and contact details. US buyers upload a resale certificate. Buyers outside the US upload a business or trade license.
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, you see the full catalog with pricing.
Wholesale pricing is for verified business buyers. Public prices cause problems for us and for our buyers. They get scraped by competitors, read out of context by people who don’t know our grading, and pull retail shoppers into a B2B catalog.
Once your account is approved, every price in the catalog is visible.
Our minimum order is 10 phones. Above that, we ship anything from a single box to orders of several thousand units.

Yes. Each company has one main account with one billing entity. To add team members who can browse the catalog and place orders for your company, email orders@icswirelessinc.com after your account is approved.
All orders are billed to your company.
Apple iPhones and Google Pixels across a range of models and storage sizes. Stock turns over constantly as new phones come in and are graded against our four-grade standard. Approved buyers see every model, capacity, color, grade and lock status in the catalog.
All iPhone 14 and later models are US units and are eSIM only. They have no physical SIM tray. iPhone 13 and earlier still have a physical SIM tray, and Google Pixels support a physical SIM as well. If you resell into markets that need a physical SIM, plan for this when ordering iPhone 14 and newer.
We don’t currently carry iPads or accessories.
It depends on the model. iPhone 14 and all later models in our stock are US units, which are eSIM only. Apple removed the physical SIM tray from US iPhones starting with the iPhone 14, so these phones activate by eSIM only.
iPhone 13 and earlier have a physical SIM tray, and Google Pixels support a physical SIM. If your market needs physical SIM phones, focus on iPhone 13 and earlier or Pixel models. If you need to confirm a specific model, contact us before ordering.
In short: Grade A is minimal use and looks practically new. Grade B is good condition with light to moderate wear. Grade C is fair condition with visible wear, fully working. Grade D is for parts and repair: phones with known functional issues, sold as-is to repair shops and parts buyers.

Battery health varies from phone to phone, and it is not certified unless you order it specifically. We’d rather not put a number on a whole shipment that we can’t stand behind.
If your business needs certified battery health for resale, contact us before you order. We can source to a specific battery health level as a custom order.
We ship to approved business buyers worldwide. US orders ship from our facility in Bohemia, NY. International orders route through our Deira, UAE office.
Buyers pay shipping: $1 per phone in the US and $3 per phone for international orders. For large or recurring international volume, email orders@icswirelessinc.com to plan logistics.
Orders are fulfilled on a 7-day lead time from the day you order. This applies to US orders from Bohemia and to international orders routed through our Deira, UAE office.
Every order gets a tracking number when it ships. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and the destination.
Buyers pay shipping. US orders are billed at $1 per phone and international orders at $3 per phone. The cost is calculated and collected at checkout.
For recurring or large-volume orders, email orders@icswirelessinc.com after approval to discuss custom shipping.
Insurance is optional. You can add FedEx shipping insurance at checkout for 1% of the order subtotal. Shipments without insurance travel at the buyer’s risk once they are handed to the carrier.
Damage claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Email orders@icswirelessinc.com.
Wire transfer is our main payment method. It works for any order and has no fee. Major credit cards are accepted at checkout for orders up to $27,000, with a 3% card fee.
Payment is collected at checkout. We don’t currently offer net terms. Established buyers with a steady order history can contact us about credit arrangements.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for functional issues only. This covers phones that arrive dead, phones that won’t power on or activate, and any part that doesn’t work, such as the screen, battery, cellular, Wi-Fi, camera, speakers, charging port, Face ID or fingerprint reader.
Cosmetic condition is final at purchase. Review the grade before you order. Scratches, scuffs and edge wear are not grounds for a return at any grade. Buyers pay return shipping. We issue a replacement or refund once the phone is received and inspected in Bohemia.
Yes. Grade is final at the time of purchase. Each phone is graded against the four-grade standard on our grading standards page, and the grade sets the price. Once an order ships, cosmetic condition can’t be disputed.
If you’re unsure about cosmetic variation, review the grading standard first and start with a smaller test order.
