Apply for an account through the Apply for Account link in the navigation. We’ll ask for your business name, type (reseller, repair shop, distributor, refurbisher), and basic contact information.
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, you’ll have full access to our catalog with pricing.
Wholesale pricing is structured for verified business buyers. Public pricing creates problems for both us and our customers — it gets scraped by competitors, used out of context by buyers who don’t know our grading, and pulls retail browsers into a B2B catalog.
Once you have an approved account, all prices are visible across the full catalog with no friction.
Our minimum order is 10 units. From there, we ship anything from a single pallet to multi-thousand unit orders.

Yes. Each company has one master account with one billing entity. To add team members who can browse the catalog and place orders on behalf of your company, contact us at orders@icswirelessinc.com after your account is approved.
All orders consolidate to your company’s billing.
Apple iPhones from legacy SE and XR units through the latest releases, plus Google Pixels from the Pixel 6 series through the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Inventory turns continuously as new stock comes in and is graded against the four-grade standard. Specific models, capacities, colors, grades, and lock status are visible on the catalog once an account is approved.
All iPhone 14 and later models are US units and are eSIM only — they have no physical SIM tray. iPhone 13 and earlier still have a physical SIM tray, and Google Pixels support physical SIM as well. Buyers reselling into markets that require a physical SIM should plan around this when ordering iPhone 14 and newer.
iPads and accessories are not currently carried.
It depends on the model. iPhone 14 and all later models in our inventory are US units, which are eSIM only — Apple removed the physical SIM tray from US iPhones starting with the iPhone 14, so these have no physical SIM slot and activate by eSIM exclusively.
iPhone 13 and earlier do have a physical SIM tray, and Google Pixels support physical SIM. If your resale market requires physical-SIM devices, focus on iPhone 13 and earlier or Pixel models. If you need confirmation for a specific model, contact us before ordering.
Briefly: Grade A is minimal use, looks practically new. Grade B is good condition with light to moderate use. Grade C is fair condition with visible wear, fully working. Grade D is parts and repair grade — devices with known functional issues sold to repair shops and parts buyers.

Battery percentage is not certified unless specifically ordered. Battery condition varies device by device, and we’d rather not assign a number we can’t stand behind across an entire shipment.
If your business needs certified battery percentages for resale, contact us before placing your order. We can source to a specific battery health threshold as a custom order.
Domestic orders ship from the Bohemia, NY facility. International orders for buyers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa route through the Deira, UAE branch for regional fulfillment.
Buyers cover shipping in both cases, billed at $1 per phone for domestic and $3 per phone for international orders. For buyers outside these regions with ongoing volume needs, contact orders@icswirelessinc.com to discuss logistics.
Orders ship within one week of order placement. This applies to both domestic shipments from Bohemia and international orders routed through our Deira, UAE office.
Tracking is issued at handoff for every order. Transit time after shipment depends on carrier and destination.
Buyers pay shipping. Domestic orders are billed at $1 per phone; international orders to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are billed at $3 per phone. The cost is calculated and collected at checkout.

Yes. All shipments are insured for full declared value. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we work with the carrier to file a claim and either reship the order or refund the line item.
Damage claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Email orders@icswirelessinc.com.
Wire transfer is our primary payment method and is available for all orders. Major credit cards are accepted through our secure checkout for orders up to $20,000.
Payment is collected at checkout. We don’t currently offer net terms, but for established buyers with consistent ordering history, contact us about credit arrangements.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for functional issues only. This covers dead-on-arrival devices, units that fail to power on or activate, and any non-working component such as screen, battery, cellular, Wi-Fi, camera, speakers, charging port, or biometrics.
Cosmetic condition is final at purchase. Grade should be reviewed carefully before ordering, and scratches, scuffs, or edge wear are not grounds for return regardless of grade. Buyers cover return shipping. Replacement or refund is issued once the unit is received and inspected at the Bohemia facility.
Yes. Grade is final at the time of purchase. Each device is graded against the four-grade standard documented on the grading standards page, and the assigned grade determines pricing. Once an order is placed and shipped, cosmetic condition cannot be disputed.
Buyers concerned about cosmetic variance should review the grading standard before ordering and start with smaller test orders to calibrate expectations.
